Meet Dr. Calek

Dr. Dominic G. Calek earned his DDS degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. After two years working within the Metro area and teaching part time at his dental school, Dr. Calek returned to U of D to pursue his master’s degree and certificate in Endodontic specialty training.

While there, his research focused on the optimal restoration of immature, endodontically treated, teeth. His project pioneered an ongoing partnership of the endodontic and engineering departments at the University of Detroit Mercy.
